While we can't guarantee that someone will ship their product if you never receive your item we can cancel the trade and we will credit your account with the " Trade Credits" spent for the product. If the person has a delivery confirmation number and we see that the item was received then your points will be transferred to the sender. 
  Before we cancel the trade   we ask you to go through the following process
1)e-mail the sender if they haven't shipped your item within 7 days.  Send a copy of the e-mail to  Administration  through support@uanditrade.com.   
2)If they still haven't sent it by day 14 e-mail  administration so that we can contact the sender. 
3)If by day 21 we haven't heard from the sender then we will cancel the points give them an F and credit back your points.  If the trader does e-mail back by day 21 we will work with the trader to get your item or we can cancel the item if the trader hasn't sent the item.
Just so you know we do keep a close eye on senders and receivers.  If we see issues with the sender we will notify you.
