Registration or login is not required for the help desk.
To enter a new ticket simply click on the
Submit a Ticket link, choose a department, usually support, then enter your email address and what you need help with. That's it.
Our staff will be immediately notified about your ticket and will respond back to you in a timely fashion.
To help us resolve trade issues promptly please include the following:
- The item number.
- Your nickname
- The other trader's nickname
- Your question / issue
